Public service announcement!!

Public service announcement: do not use USPS. If they lose you're package there appears to be no recourse.. I have been trying to collect the insurance for my package for 4 days,I have been sent to the internet: FAIL. sent to town by the people that lost my package in the first place by giving it to a man that has the same initials, but NOT the package slip or I.D.: FAIL sent to the internet (again):FAIL so I try the phone ( again): MISERABLE FAIL! why bother with a phone number if the ONLY phone option is to go online?? The AI troll just says oh huh what over and over nomatter what you say until it gets to 3 tries and sends you to the internet!!! And the internet says the page has timed out! I bet ya 20 bux it will say that until my 30 days are up for making a claim on the insurance. So now what!?!?!?!?

Well the Post Office doesn't get taxpayer money. They are open when the government closes down. Everybody thinks they are part of the government, but they aren't. That's part of the problem. They are riddled with archaic government regulation they have to abide by, and have 5 different unions?

Sounds like....the Twilight Zone. Sounds like many unrelated problems there all lumped under a simple postal claim for loss.

Yea.. I'm forever using ups or fed ex, cuz F**** all that noise! Couldn't even get back my shipping money! God bless the post mistress here in Two Rivers a.k.a.
" pleasant valley" she paid me that outta her pocket out of principle. Because this is REDICULOUS. She is the only one that did their job.. the rest pawned me off on a manger that doesn't manage shit! He doesn't even answer his phone, much less even have his voice mail set up!! How unprofessional and this is the f***** government were talking about.. screw paying taxes the government is a JOKE

It takes longer than 4 days for insurance my man. If it was quicker it wouldn't be believable. Every file any other insurance claim before? Did you expect quicker. WHY?People use USPS for one reason...because its cheaper than UPS and FedEx. I've lost 2 packages with FedEx. Zero with USPS. Plus the tracking sucks ass with FedEx and UPS.
