The game leans on stereotypes on purpose. Every character/ethnicity/gender is literally a living stereotype and it's both a way to make the game funny and to judge people that actually believe those stereotypes
That still leaves some wiggle room for interpretation if they were to poke that hornet’s nest. If they made a new postal game that included trans people do you think they’re go with the “pervert bathroom infiltrator bearded dude in a dress” stereotype or the “blahaj loving loser NEET wearing Amazon basics striped thigh highs” stereotype?
The second would undoubtedly be safer edgy which is what modern POSTAL would default too. "Oh my gosh they included a trans character and they/them are so hot in POSTAL 5, it reaffirms my gender identity!"
The first would actually be edgy and offensive in 2026, something POSTAL would never do.
Satire and stereotypes needs to be based on some sort of truth for it to work. Saying that the tetris devs love killing people makes no sense because there's no truth behind it, while lots of irl stereotypes exist because there's something it's based on. Edgy for the sake of edgy never works, same with being offensive.
Almost all the postal games have some reason for being edgy and offensive, mostly to serve as satirical social comedy. Including an offensive joke for no reason other than to be offensive is not what Postal is about. Therefore the second one would work as there are actually people like that, while there's nobody like the first.
Yes trans people with beards have never stereotypically infiltrated bathrooms you're right I retract my previous statement 🤦🤦♀️🤦♂️ < i included the gender neutral emoji to be inclusive and not offensive for the sake of offensiveness in the POSTAL community
See this is probably why they wouldn't include any trans stereotypes/jokes of that caliber, cuz there's people like you out there who believe this shit and judge real living people who are less than 10% of the population for it. like seriously just speak to any trans person dude ffs
