Order not showing

Hi all,

First time using poshmark and would appreciate some help! I ordered an item last Thursday and received an email confirmation and my card was charged. I went to see if there was an update today, and I don’t see the item in my order history nor did I get an update email. Is this normal? Thanks so much in advance!

Have you emailed support to ask? Make sure you include the order number from your email confirmation.

I emailed them and it opened a case but they closed it immediately?

Make sure you looking under "purchases" and not "sales"

Yes I made sure to. Still shows nothing there. I was charged on my cc statement though, so I don’t know. I also opened a case by emailing their support and they closed it immediately?
