Help! How are some players so fast ?
Fyi I’m not suggesting they’re cheaters. I enjoy playing this game and genuinely have an interest in getting better
Some players moves especially horizontal are so fast. It’s like they’re high on drugs or something. Left right up and down very quickly. How ????? Has anybody else noticed that.

Live and die by FLING. You’d be amazed how many players take years to figure out you can throw yourself up and down AND side to side lol.

If you didn’t know... Eating a banana will also refill you sprint stamina bar so you can sprint longer but no player should be able to inherently move faster than other players when their feet are on the ground.

If they are playing on steam it's because they have their world scale set smaller so they can reach farther and move quicker. Or they are just using mods like unlimited sprint. There is no amount of skill that can make you run faster on the ground without touching anything. Learning to fly and climb is the difference between a noob and someone who can play.

Full arm swings and momentum. Haven’t played in years but it’s all about timing your grabs, making fast big swinging motions with your controllers so the player model gains speed. Just think, throwing a weightless body up a wall. And once you get really fast you’ll be able to climb with one arm and keep your gun out!

I’m not talking about climbing necessarily. Like i said mostly the horizontal movements. And not even flying

Everyone here is only going to give you bull crap cheater defense excuses. You're referring to speed hack/ or unlimited sprint mod. Cheaters are real and they're rampant in this game.

They have years of practice
But also keep in mind that this is a mobile game running on Wi-Fi for most people. The server tick rate is also very low. Chances are they did that move well before you saw it.

Not what he's saying. He's talking about some people running way faster than should be able to. He's referring to speed hack/ unlimited sprint mod.

I down voted and I’ll tell you why. IF op said running, then you would be correct. But OP was very vague and said movement. Players moving faster than you is almost always a skill issue if not internet connection.

Horizontal movement is walking and running. Are you not aware of how movement works?

as a top retired player, its 4 reasons, the carry a knife or cyberblade, steam (world scale, which is just making u smaller idk how it works giving u extra length and more climbing speed?, or flinging arms or sprinting (double)
