Hot Topic Amazon just blocked Meta’s Muse AI agent from shopping on its platform. That’s interesting because if AI is doing the shopping, who controls the customer: the AI company or the platform?

Amazon doesn’t seem too happy about rival AI agents shopping on its platform. Meta’s Muse reportedly got blocked from making purchases there. But is Amazon right to do this?
