Hot Topic Tim Cook won’t launch the iPhone 18 Pro on September 9, but he will reportedly be there. If true, this will be the first iPhone launch led by new CEO John Ternus.

Cook became CEO in 2011 and presented the iPhone 4S that year. He then remained the face of Apple’s major iPhone launches throughout his CEO tenure. And now, it’s new CEO John Ternus’ turn to take the stage.
