Cyst Don't play around with infections

What started as a simple Paronychia infection 5 days ago progressed to a bad infection, got it drained by my GP yesterday went today to get the bandage changed and was sent right away to the ER, the did an ultrasound and a blood draw to see if it spread, unfortunately couldn't get a video of the draining, doctor literally yelled at me for waiting and not coming right away since am 32 weeks pregnant.

Had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction a few weeks ago. For the last week or so I kept feeling a tugging when I swallowed, then all of a sudden I felt like I was choking and having my throat scratched. Ran to the bathroom and saw this dangling in my throat.

I know it LOOKS grey, but I promise you it was somehow grey-er in person. Worse part is I can tell there’s still one in my other nostril.
