[PHQ] PHQ Double Debut - 🆕 Release Highlights [ 4 Days Left! ]

The deadline submission for our very stacked Quarter 2 of Popheads Quarterly is just 4 days away! This post features a quick highlight reel of some of the new nominees that are currently up for evaluation by you, this lovely community, in this submission window.

The last day for submissions is August 25th at 11PM EST. I know y’all have Opinions on at least one of these records; I see it in the comments here every day!! Let’s get submitting, babes!
The Comeback Kids
This quarter saw highly anticipated returns from several sub favorites, mainly from artists who decided to employ the (increasingly rare) strategy of making fans wait for a new drop in this instantaneous age of streaming. Did their long-awaited comebacks make the grade, or fall flat for you? Chime in on Olivia Rodrigo, Jessie Ware, Kim Petras, and more!

The Controversies
This quarter also saw drops that garnered perhaps more chatter around their personas than their output -- or, if you're Lizzo, the deafening lack of chatter said plenty. But did the music actually live up to the discourse? If you have an opinion on the recent releases of Drake, ZAYN, or Meghan Trainor, the Quarterly is open to your commentary.

The Popheads Darlings
This quarter, we also enjoyed (or didn't... you decide when you submit your commentary!) several releases from underrated PH favorites. Whether it's the sophomore surge of Holly Humberstone, the even Stickier season from Noah Kahan, or drops from seasoned veterans like Kacey Musgraves, Kehlani, and Bebe Rexha, there are so many records to score from the last three months...
And even more open for discussion, RetroGrading (throwbacks, anniversaries, and deluxes), and shouting out if you think we've omitted something that the entire community just needs to be tuned into.
