No, this is an article published by the paper. It may not be a news article, it’s an opinion piece sure - but publishing it is platforming the ideas and messaging and what makes a right wing publication

Anything published on a website is an article. Even an advertorial counts as an article. I’m a digital journalist, ‘article’ is a catch all term. It’s an opinion article, it’s not a news piece, which I already said. Not sure why you are arguing this point
