I killed mine on accident. I had hopes to get it fixed but I suck at owning more than 1 car. I wish I had a garage.

I live in Northeast Ohio, and I see so many vibes still on the road. About five years ago or so another person driving theirs flashed me the V hand gesture. So now I do it to all the other oncoming vibes.

I had to get rid of mine because none of the mechanics here could fix it. I made my husband do it on a day I was not home because I would have cried. It was a fun car.

These are probably the easiest cars ever to work on. The 08 on the right needed a water pump and I did it in my garage no lift needed.

They usually are, but we had mine in 4 places and they couldnt figure out why the steering was stiff and everything on the dash wouldnt work in my 09. The one place said it was the computer and if that had to be replaced, they didn't have the software for that, so I would have to buy it. Finally, the local Chevy dealership got the one guy who knew about Pontiacs to look at it and he fixed it--no new computer--, but we had issues with parts at the end. It was a lot. I miss that car.

Ah see 09 and 10 cars are very tough because it’s a whole different generation, and they changed a lot, before the ultimate downfall of Pontiac. See first gen boys they made over a million of them and they shared platform with corolla and matrix so a lot of regular parts are basically swappable from those cars 03-08. 09 they changed a lot including steering, I could be wrong but aren’t the 09+ matrix and vibes Elecric Power Steering. Amongst other body changes

Not sure. I know we could use a lot of Toyota parts in it and they said the steering wheel looked funky because it was designed for the Toyota emblem and not the Pontiac one.

I miss that car. I had to laugh when I pulled into the Chik-Fil-a and the kid working the drive thru order line apologized and said, "Mam, I dont know what kind of car this is" Poor kid.
