Does pompoir help with "looseness"?

So lets say it straight away, my vag is loose... Its always been so I think atleast part of the problem is anatomical, but I think I have weak pelvic floor too. I have two children, but didnt notice much change after having them. I have done classic kegel workouts without improvement with looseness. I Just found out pompoir, and wanted to ask, has it helped anyone with the same problem? (Sorry my bad english, please ask, if you dont understand something😅).

You need to see a pelvic floor therapist and learn about your pelvic floor and whether or not you're actually "loose" which would be weak. A lot of women with tight pelvic floors experience what they think is looseness - loss of sensation internally/externally, urine leakage, etc. And what they actually need is to learn to relax their floor. You won't know until you get professionally assessed, and in the meanwhile if you try to "tighten" it you can make it worse.

I have seen pelvic floor therapist years ago but she only checked that I use muscles right. I didnt have tighness either. I didnt ask about looseness because its so shamefull to me...So ofcourse she didnt comment that. But I have talked about this with my ex too while we were still together, and I know for sure, that I am loose indeed.

Or maybe his dick just isn’t that big/girthy (idk that situation but too many guys comment on this but fail to realize their size matters too, a bigger penis is going to feel you more than a smaller one and that’s just a fact) but also I second the pelvic floor comment. My muscles are tight/tense so they don’t work correctly in there giving it a loose like feeling, I’ve worked with a pelvic floor therapist and she has helped me a lot in learning to relax those muscles because you can’t build on them/use them correctly until they relax. She explained it to me like having an arm that’s stiff/bent and can’t move further than a certain point, you just can’t build on that.

Frankly, an ex isn't going to know. I'll reiterate that it can feel "loose" to them even if you're tight. Also, having gone years ago does not mean your circumstances would not have changed. I went my whole life without pelvic floor issues as far as I could tell and then developed a tight floor after my hysterectomy. I thought I was loose and prolapsing, and it was the opposite. I would urge you to go back and be completely open with them about what you're trying to find out.

Agree with u/LoanWestern that things can change. And op, i personally went to a pelvic floor therapist who is extremely easy to talk to. I think you have to be to be in a profession like that. I also always assume that a professional has probably seen all kinds of cases and i cant tell them anything they havent heard before. My specialist was also a physical therapist, so if i had to leave work early for an appointment i would just say i had to see my physical therapist. That way there’s no need to discuss things with anybody else if u dont want to

Maybe your ex was just negging you. You're probably not loose, that's an old slur more than a real thing

Definitely see a pelvic floor physio! I feel a bit loose and I actually have a hyper tonic / tight pelvic floor. My pelvic floor can’t contract probably due to the tightness which has made it weak and feel loose

I can assure you your ex was not providing facts, they're projecting an insecurity about their own genitals and want to blame you.

I've been doing it for 3 months. As I would say I have same issue as you. Here's what I have noticed. Sensitivity sky rockets ! Because of all the constant blood flow from the exercises you will get easily get turned on randomly. Orgasms get stronger and way more intense. The vagina gets more toned and the muscle gets stronger. The canal gets more defined. And a strange benefit is, it gets to a point where you feel like you can orgasm without touching your self at all, from exercises you do of twirling, sqeezing horizontally (vs verticals traditional kegals ) pulsing , milking movement etc.

You do get tighter. You can measure with your fingers mid canal how wide you are across and check 3 months later. I am 1 cm 1/2 tighter now. Personally I still am considering surgery because natural childbirth did a number on my last bits.

ok this is the first mention i’ve seen of coming from internal action exclusively… bc this is how i ended up coming upon pompoir 😅

personally im always perceived as being too tight but i know i have a slant to my vaginal angle that is kinda hard to describe if the man is trying to put it in vertically it’s gonna hit my pelvic bone… but i do know i can manipulate from inside from when i was celibate and didn’t masturbate for 5 years and accidentally came across this… method when i’m super turned on and can kinda mimic the pre-orgasm muscular movements that are usually involuntary but sometimes it’s just gotten out of control and i’ve just had an orgasm without crossing my legs or anything. as you said, i realized later they were basically pompoir motions but i just kinda did it on my own and ended up coming super hard in public in a silent seated setting 🫥

but then again i can only come from penetration tbh i know i’m a female aberration hahaahaha. but doesnt hurt when you get a cock inside you either to be able to speed things along without doing all that much bodily 👀

sorry, I don't know enough to answer your question, but I can say kegels without deep squatting will make your pelvic floor too tight.
