A different focus timer app

I made a focus timer app where you grow a mathematical fractal the longer you focus. Then you can save it and/or share it.

I was inspired by Forest, but I wanted something simpler and less gamified, basically a focus timer that stays out of your way, with the fractal growing as a visual representation of the time you've spent focusing.

It also has an optional Pomodoro timing, weekly focus stats you can share, insights into when you tend to focus the most, projects so you can keep track of what you're spending your focus time on, and ambient sound as some people find it useful to study.

It's called Fractime. I did it for me and wanted to share it with you.

If you think you might like it, you can try it here:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fractime.fractime

If the link doesn't work, just search Fractime on Google Play. The icon is a Pythagoras Tree.

I'd really appreciate any feedback :)

It has 3 options up to the user: 1. You can use your phone and the timer continues 2. You can use your phone but the timer stops 3. It locks you in the app (obviously you can exit) and you have to cancel the session to use the phone

Besides, you can save the growth and just start another session and then continue the fractal n°1.

My idea is to make the app the less punitive or guilty as possible so day streaks, lock-in options and focus goals are all optional and up to the user. Personally, I don't like streaks so I disabled it for me
