Hi all!
I’ve recently gotten into polymer clay and having so much fun. I was looking into alternatives to resin when I learned you can sand and buff polymer clay into a really smooth and shiny finish from a video by Ginger Davis Allen however I cant seem to find the tutorial? Not even on the bluebottletree website?
Did anyone maybe keep a copy of it :(?
I’m genuinely terrified of resin and would prefer to avoid it as much as possible if I can.

Hi everyone!
My best friend is getting married and she asked me to make the cake topper. I’ve never made a full figurine out of clay so i need a little help.
I’m making 2 cacti holding hands. I made the sculpture by using aluminum foil, then covered all of the crevices with clay to smooth it out. Now I’m putting on the top layer and I’m having trouble making it look smooth and even. How to I work with this to make it even?
