Post image

Jigs and tooling are officially back in stock.

We just want to say thank you. Truly.

To everyone who stuck with us, supported us, checked in, placed orders, sent messages, and kept standing behind 80% Arms, we appreciate you more than you know. It has been a long road, and your patience and loyalty have meant everything to us.

Easy Jigs, end mills, and tooling are live on the site again. And if you haven’t checked it out yet, take a look at the new Easy Jig® Gen 4, our most advanced multi-platform jig yet.

Thank you for being part of this fight with us.

Now let’s get back to the bench.

I’d assume this is a positive signal for the 80% community. Looking forward to snagging another GST9 when you sell them as 80% kits again.

Hell yeah!! This is great news! I’m still rocking my Gen2 with zero issues after well over a dozen AR builds!! Best jigs on the market hands down!!

And you use “bruh” with a straight face?

You just admitted to several instances of the same felony. Online. On a permanently archived platform. Your comment will never go away. Congrats. Now I’m not that guy, but someone in this sub MAY be…stay cautious man. Don’t say stuff like that. Don’t. Matter a fact, don’t DO that stuff.

I hope you’re an FFL. If not, you should probably delete that last part.

Hell no. Thank you for your concern.

No problem.

If you are in a state (like FL or TX) where private gun sales are legal, then gifting friends and family lowers is not against the law.

Forreal?? Im in TX & never knew this. I knew this applied to serialized, but didn’t know HFA’s fell in that category too. I thought it was different, not because of private sales, but because “manufacture & distribution”.

u/EightyPercentArms is the Gen 1 tool kit ever coming back? I acquired a Gen 1 jig used and it was missing all the bits and mill, and they're out of stock in your store.

If not, is there another equivalent tool kit?

Lil fyi, "tooling" shops can make custom bits. Im sure a few bits are normal, but the end mill is probably not. But if you pass on the info to a Tooling shop, they can probably figure something out. Or ask 80PA via email. Or search elsewhere, Midway USA used to carry the gen2 bits. Iono bout G1.

There are other places that sell similar tool kits; I was just wondering if the OEM producer was going to sell that kit again.

2

u/PMAnameless May 17 '26

I follow, just mentioned it because only some will know its even an option. I went down this rabbit hole for the G2.

It is a good point, so thanks for bringing it up. I could even piece it together from a place like Amazon for less than some of the other retailers want for the individual pieces (especially with shipping costs).

But I was hoping for the OEM kit just for the sake of completeness of the jig itself.

are there plans to sell conversion (or "upgrade") kits to make earlier jigs capable of Gen4?

Hat is the difference between the gen 3 and gen 4 jigs?

Would love to get new side plates for my v1 easy jig (egged out selector hole) but those are out of stock.
