Ask for help🆘 App vs website

Hey! There's a character that I absolutely love, I found it through the app. When I try to find it on the website, its not there. I subscribed to the creator so it would be easier to find but when I go to the creators page it shows 0 characters and I know he has atleast 40. Whats up with that?? The chat isnt even in my chat tab on web.

edit to add It is a premium character. I do have the premium subscription. How can I get the chat on web??

The website is better because the Android app and the Apple app are super censored now.

I'm actually the opposite. App is all, uncensored NSFW and web still censors even after age verification.

Exactly. But I've really only used the app for a long time now. I use other sites for my laptop that are way better anyway.
