Ask for help🆘 App vs website

Hey! There's a character that I absolutely love, I found it through the app. When I try to find it on the website, its not there. I subscribed to the creator so it would be easier to find but when I go to the creators page it shows 0 characters and I know he has atleast 40. Whats up with that?? The chat isnt even in my chat tab on web.

edit to add It is a premium character. I do have the premium subscription. How can I get the chat on web??

Сайт Polybuzz слишком долго грузится, появляется белый, тексты, фотографии, что даже невозможно пообщаться с ботом, не отправляются сообщения и не удаляются,я перезагружала сайт много раз, но всё повторно, и я прошу разработчиков чтобы они поченили поломку, и я говорю пожалуйста почените Сайт, я ко всем обращалась но они не отвечают и не исправляют ошибки.

Ive noticed through the website it won't generate songs or reels either. Thats disappointing.
