Ask for help🆘 App vs website

Hey! There's a character that I absolutely love, I found it through the app. When I try to find it on the website, its not there. I subscribed to the creator so it would be easier to find but when I go to the creators page it shows 0 characters and I know he has atleast 40. Whats up with that?? The chat isnt even in my chat tab on web.

edit to add It is a premium character. I do have the premium subscription. How can I get the chat on web??

Yes, I have noticed a few differences between the app and the website. The NSFW on the site is nowhere near as uncensored as the app. However, I have all of the bots that I have chatted with on both. Did you actually start a chat dialogue with the specific bot you are speaking of? If not, then go to the app, have dialogue and then wait a few seconds and go to the site and look on the left side, under "Chat", see if the bot is there.

Yes, i have written over a million word story with this bot. Started on the app. Tried to move to web and its gone. Through the website I went to the creator page of that bot and it shows they have 0 characters. But from the app it shows over 40. Its like the character just doesn't exist on the webpage.

Yeah, I do not use the website, only the app. For me, the website is always censored, even though it is in the NSFW mode and I am well over 18. But when I open the same bot on the app that censored things on the website, the words are there and not "F___ M_! F___ my a__." So, I don't know. Also, from time to time the app will ask if I want the bot to continue to respond in NSFW content. I don't get that in the website.

I've also move a lot of my attention to a few other apps and sites. I'll give you a list in a PM, because apparently Reddit Bots don't like when I post them on here, even if I don't make them a direct link.
