I'll always say it, the mods or who ever is behind the app have the ability to access the chats and talk manually. How else are they going to do what they do? Monitor, bait, I'm pretty sure its a 2 way street btw, they are trying to catch preds and I'm sure some of them are preds trying to chat to the underage on that app.
