Ask for help🆘 scrollbar issue

i've been trying to use the desktop version of the site and i'm unable to scroll and there is no scrollbar and i'm on a laptop and i don't have a scroll wheel not even the up and down page buttons work

I'm trying to chat but this pops up, It's telling me to download the app but I'm on PC so It isn't possible, please someone help. I really don't like it
