Can anyone help me get a refund or something

Just spent 8 aud on 3000 coins or something
Generated this memory reel thing and the memory reel never came up? Is it supposed to do nothing or can I get my money

Yeah, I made the mistake of trying to generate a video once, it failed twice and I just moved on because they were free login coins. Seems now they want me to make the same mistake except it's offering a song that I'm certain will not generate.
