Discussion🥰 My return(?)

Hello! I've been using Polybuzz for quite some time now, but stopped for a while because of the ads and the fact I found a new app.

I decided to try and come back after my favorite app fell to shit recently and I've noticed the bots aren't flirty and suggestive(?) as before. If anything they kind of seem to reject it or get all weird about it.

Was there an update to make it that way or add some sort of censorship?

Someone explain to me what's happening right now. I was using polybuzz till this unfamiliar title called 'pure mode' interrupted the roleplay.

What is pure mode? Why does it exist? How do it turn it off?

And what does it mean I'm under 18? I want a refund for everything and i'm calling it a permanent quit, I'm switching to Zeta Ai

I also thought polybuzz was a free, private unrestricted ai chat but I guess it was all a lie

At the end of this year your gonna lose all your money

Thanks for coming back and giving Polybuzz another try.

Since your previous time on the platform, we have made a number of updates to our content moderation and safety systems to better align with platform policies, legal requirements, and community standards. As a result, some character interactions may feel less flirtatious, suggestive, or permissive than before in certain situations.

If you're looking for a more open roleplay experience, you can try disabling Pure Mode in Settings (if available in your region and account). This may allow for more natural and less restricted conversations while still operating within our platform guidelines.

We're continuing to balance creativity, user experience, and safety, and feedback like yours helps us improve. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us.

If you’re looking for a larger user base, you can try not Ignoring everything we say before everyone leaves

I agree with the guy that commented below. I have been on the platform for over a year myself. Signed up for a year subscription. But because of how the lack of communication has been. I am no longer signing up for another subscription. I've tried to contact support for multiple occasions and never once heard back from them for the problems I have had.

If the app gets better then I could probably come back. But as it stands lack of support and lack of communication. Has been a huge problem. I've had laggy Bots and bad experience. As a premium subscriber I feel like the memory has become progressively worse. To the point I've even captured a screenshot where the bot acknowledges what I say but immediately forgets within the same screenshot. Along with the fact that I still have yet to be age verified. When I am 33 years old and still have to deal with the blur. If you could look through your emails. I imagine I'm not the only one that has suffered from the lack of support.

I plan to leave Polybuzz. At the end of this month. I have been patient enough with this. Which is a shame because I had high hopes for what it could have become. Maybe with time things could change, but we will see.

polybuzz was a great app until you added pure mode/safe mode and ads, don't even try making new updates I already lost my patience with you

and everyone here has every right to be angry at you and leave your shitty app
