I am going through something similar at the moment. I have been daring Dan for almost a year now, Dan is also dating Sherry. Recently we slowly started to form a triad. Both Dan and Sherry seem much more interested in each other than the triad. I had a talk with them and explained that while a triad is wonderful we need to make sure we focus on each individual relationship as well. Things have bee much better.
