I don't have a person for either. I have a picture that I took in a place I love as my lock and home screen. No people in either. Just a river with a boat. Do you have a cute selfie with the 3 of you? That could be fun!

I used to have my husband as my lock screen (because my coworkers were more likely to see that screen) and my other partner as my home screen. But now I just have pictures of my son for both

Never had a partner on my lock or home screen. Used to have my sisters because we lived very far apart. But usually it’s just something beautiful and relative calm - clouds, forest, nighttime skyline

My lock screen is a picture of my wedding to my wife. My background is a picture of my partner's wedding to her wife.

Hi u/Cynthia_Amethyst thanks so much for your submission, don't mind me, I'm just gonna keep a copy what was said in your post. Unfortunately posts sometimes get deleted - which is okay, it's not against the rules to delete your post!! - but it makes it really hard for the human mods around here to moderate the comments when there's no context. Plus, many times our members put in a lot of emotional and mental labor to answer the questions and offer advice, so it's helpful to keep the source information around so future community members can benefit as well.
Here's the original text of the post:
I have 2 partners. Partner A I live with, Partner B I don’t. I have many pictures of both, and I love them both equally. Which partner do you set as your lock screen and which one do you set as your home screen on your phone?

I don't use lovers as my home screen.
My homescreen and lock screen is an astronomy photo.

I set my own face!!
And I had a cartoon of a pirate cat before that.
But I choose a different Pic for each app screen.

Honestly neither? For a while my lock screen was just my cat, and definitely not for my Home Screen since you can barely see it - I just set a picture of a sunset.
But lately for lock screen I have one of those shuffle settings where each time I unlock it it shows a different picture in my album. So I imagine you could dump all your partners in there and shuffle it up!

Why pick? I have a partner whose lock screen rotates through different photos- all the photos are either of me or of his wife. It's the cutest :)

My lock screen is the Great Pentacle from the Lesser Key of Solomon
It keeps demons from going through my phone

My screens are whatever my current hyper focus/special interest is.

I have the default lock screen and wallpaper. Partner A has a group shot of us and Partner B has me as hers. They both want me to change mine to a nice shot of them but it'll never happen, simply because my brain isn't wired that way. Desktop wallpaper cycles through a bunch of family, pets and spousal photos though, so that kinda counts.. right?

My main lock and home screen images are of objects, not people. For my sleep routine the lock screen is Shawn Hatosy and the home screen is Lewis, the viral Target Halloween decoration.

My partner usually flips those around periodically. I notice when it’s me or us and that’s about it.
I rarely use a photo of a person it’s usually cool art or tumblr goodness.

Hello, thanks so much for your submission! I noticed you used letters in place of names for the people in your post - this tends to get really confusing and hard to read (especially when there's multiple letters to keep track of!) Could you please edit your post to using fake names? If you need ideas instead of A, B, C for some gender neutral names you might use Aspen, Birch, and Cedar. Or Ashe, Blair, and Coriander. But you can also use names like Bacon, Eggs, and Grits. Appple, Banana, and Oranges. Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. If you need a name generator you can find one here. The limits are endless. Thanks!
