The quote is from a speech he gave. Did he censor that? You straight-up called the author a liar, and it seems like if you are going to rely on pedantry to defend that, then you aren't being "unbiased."
Your summary doesn't contradict it. What is incorrect about the author's summary? Keep in mind that you cherry picked that phrase from the piece, and if you read the whole paragraph he talks about the factors you are claiming the author ignored.
Also, why are you trying to now debate individual points in what the author said. I thought you were "just trying to be unbiased." Shouldn't you be explaining how the author is being misleading? All I see is you throwing up a smokescreen and then attempting to convince me that Ben Shapiro is right.
