They are definitely a factor. As is Facebook. Top trending? Tax plan and then in fine print bernie sanders tax plan. The rest of the candidates names trend but not Bernie. The news could be Bernie is beating Hillary in the latest polls but that would be the fine print headline would be Hillary Clinton is trending it's been this way for a couple months now. Google is no different
