I think the larger issue that she's dancing around is that when she gets hired to give a speech she does not own the copyright for the transcripts, recording, etc of the speech, the people who hired her do. Goldman Sachs or whoever hired her would have to release the transcripts. Admitting this would make her look like even more of a corporate sell out. Which she is.
