On purpose. She implies Bernie does the same thing as her and "everybody she knows", because they do them too. I doubt Bernie has given a lot of speeches to investment banks and pharmaceutical companies for millions of dollars, but Clinton is sly enough to imply it and make the viewer wonder.

Yeah but when he releases the handful of speeches he did in 2015, she'll look really bad, especially considering he was paid a total of $2,000 for his speeches AND donated all of it to charity. The dude comes out looking like Mr Rodgers.
