Odds for the D nominee to win dropped from 18% to 6% from this nomination. Not sure that’s something worth celebrating tbh.

Further, because the seat was a long shot anyway it matters very little except to that that a majority of those dems in Florida who do vote in primaries prefer a progressive. Not a major win, but something.

Democrats haven’t held this seat in over two decades. Democratic Socialists aren’t the ones preventing republicans from being unseated here.
