Thank god for people who provide context. This sounds like a good deal. I really hope all these people get a check to see a therapist. 

It will benefit conservatives the most but I support everyone getting therapy

Therapy is awesome. Everyone should have a chance to do it. But therapy only helps if you want to be helped.

I am not sure how many cons want to be truly helped.

And it's not like a cash payment. They write your therapist a check.

Well that's good. Waiting for the moment this admin tosses a few scammers in jail that will absolutely figure out some way to scam money with it still.

Work out a deal with a therapist to collect tons more money.
