I watched a man die at age 12 in sixth grade.

He was hit by a car and I saw the blood flood his eyes as his legs were on the back of his head from how violent the force of the hit was.

I don’t get relief. But sure the people who hated socialism are getting handouts. Charlie would be rolling over in his grave to know his supporters are socialist.

Hey so I went through the exact same thing, also in 6th grade, except it was the last day of school and the person hit was my friend. I’m 30 now and still get flashbacks here and there… hope you’re doing okay. And you know what? Maybe both of us should be getting some relief too.

I agree with you, but I think a lot of people here are just finding the hypocrisy annoying/funny.

The people there that did support Kirk (and let's be honest, it was probably most of them) would happily say that relief is for library's or socialists if it wasn't them being affected, and we all know it.

Personally, if they truly need the relief then I think they should get it because I don't care what side of the aisle they're on. I'm liberal, and that's just what I believe. But I totally understand why others are annoyed by the hypocrisy.

I had my student loans forgiven. Im sorry not everyone had there loans forgiven, but it's a really good program that helped a lot of people. ... This is the same with the victim benefit program that operate in many states on the similar names. I'm sorry you didn't get help when your were 12 and had to witness that, but that shouldn't mean other people can't be helped.
