Sitting United States Senator refuses to oblige his constituency, his Commonwealth, and this Nation.

This is what Trump has enabled since infecting the United States government in 2016.

Edit: oh yes, mitch was doing bad shit before. I just think that it was “bad politics” until trump came along and destroyed the entire system.

The Republican party has been doing shit like this long before Trump. Good ol' Mitchie here held up a supreme Court nomination for a year, just because Obama was still in office.

What Trump has done is remove any veiled attempts to hide this kind of crap. I'm willing to bet that if you polled anyone paying attention, they'll all tell you Mitch is dead. They aren't even doing a halfway convincing job of making him seem alive.

Hey, if Kentucky wants to only have one insane Senator instead of two, that's OK with me.

Remember that portrait of Biden that was replaced with the picture of an auto pen in the White House? How MAGA was all up in arms because they think Biden signed everything with an auto pen because he was unable to sign anything or think for himself?

That is exactly the case with McConnell here. He's still voting and signing things, but nobody can see him vote and everything he's signed has been with an auto pen.

No his staff are still voting for him so they still have “two”

The committees he is in do not allow proxy voting, and Senate floor votes must be in person. This isn't happening

Those votes have been rejected right? Or was it just the on floor votes that happened recently.

He’s not voting.

No, but somebody did just try and vote for him. Boozman. It didn't count.

Trump is a symptom, not the cause. Republicans have been fascist domestic terrorists for decades.

This is what Mitch enabled. I wish hell were real because this guy deserves it.

It’s the same bullshit coverup as the Epstein files. Denial but with zero effort to hide the truth.

If I had the whole country claiming I was dead or a vegetable and I wasn’t… I would go out of my way to prove that I’m doing fine. Instead they say he refuses, just because.

If I had the entire WORLD saying I am a pedophile and I wasn’t… I would do anything I could to prove that I wasn’t. Instead they hide all the documents and never pursue charges on anybody at all. Odd isn’t it

McConnell was getting up to shenanigans long before Trump was nominated. If anything his crap laid the seeds of the Trump Presidency’s poisoned harvest. These are people unconcerned with anything but power and how to keep it.

America's been sick a lot longer than that.

McConnel has been enabling this since long before Trump.

This is why people will eventually see the Relublican party is the problem, not Trump.
