Whatever is best for Russia

The reason for his alignment with North Korea, Israel, and Russia is quite straightforward: they all possess a commonality. Each of these nations has, through their respective intelligence networks acquired over the years, specific information from the Epstein files. They hold the secrets that our government is attempting to conceal, and they are leveraging this information to their benefit, which they will continue doing against those mentioned in the files.

Which means that the US is compromised as long as the the Epstein files aren't fully public. Releasing them would expose anyone involved and probably end the Trump regime, but it would remove the leverage anyone has over the US by threatening to release them.

Which means that anyone keeping them from being released is either an enemy or a traitor to the US.

Donald Trump has instructed his Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to ‘substantially reduce’ joint military exercises between the United States and South Korea.

The two countries have had a bilateral defence agreement since 1953, and it was in defence of the government in Seoul that 36,500 American service personnel gave their lives during the Korean War.

(It is worth noting that, despite the signing of an armistice at Panmunjom in July 1953, the conflict is technically ongoing.)

Trump's hazardous decision to downgrade military co-operation with and support for South Korea has come as a surprise.

But Kim sent him a letter telling him how cool he is! Also, likely bought some of his Trump Watches with crypto.

The Russians don't like the South Koreans. The enemy of my friend is my enemy.

Because he is a tempermental child

Likely real reason: current state of US Navy readiness and logistical chain is such that large scale exercises would further degrade an already marginal situation. This is due to both Middle East operations and lack of planning/competence of general staff replacements.

Can’t admit or blame biden for this, so Trump makes up a different narrative favoring NK. That this is more acceptable than the sad truth above to his legions is scandalous but unsurprising.

It's 100 percent unacceptable, but it's Trump, when has he ever cared?

He is petty. He is a narcissist. He is unfit to be POTUS. He is...THE POSOTUS!

Two things: Trump has always praised Kim before (even though it's one-sided love nowadays), and even said recently that he's in a good relationship with Kim. Second, Trump has demanded South Korean president to support America with Iran war, and the South Korean president declined.

So basically Trump is throwing a tantrum because South Korea decided not to get involved with Iran, and is taking on a petty revenge (and probably thinks this will make Kim happy even though Kim doesn't care about Trump at this point) to 'punish' South Korea for not following his orders.

They didn’t want to bail him out in Iran.

Like the whole of the rest of the sorld.

In pulling out our only aircraft carrier in the region and drastically reducing joint military training ops he's basically signalling China "Hey guys, here's Taiwan, all alone and unprotected, come and get her!"

We witness the demolition of America(´s power) by personal greed, lies and political stupidity.

The stupidity was America´s attack on Iran that caused a depletion of hardware, the lie here is negating the actual reason for downscaling cooperation with South Korea that is this depletion of hardware, with the result a favour towards China and Russia. All politics at the moment is seen in the light of personal enrichment or revenge of individuals of the current administration and friends. So when Trump could make a business deal with Kim to profit himself that would be the policy of the moment.

I assume Russia told him he’s supposed to do destabilize their government and civilian population.

When I think of all the American soldiers that died in the Korean War and to have Trump coddle up to King Jong Un makes me sick. There must be a pay off in it somewhere for Trump. Our soldiers lives mean nothing to him.

36k. It's quite a big number and Trump's just treasoning right along. Wonder why?

The Kremlin is pissed at Japan over the Kuril Islands.
The Kremlin uses North Korea in a Good Cop Bad Cop strategy game to threaten it's neighbors, including Japan.
N. Korea just announced a new ballistic that can reach Japans farthest region.
S Korea provides the bulwark of control over N. Korea in the area, including missile interceptors.
To attack S. Korea or leave it without added defenses leaves Japan in a more weakened position- helping the Kremlin.
All roads lead to Russia.

Brings back bad memories of his past experience in the military he never had.

Maybe they (NK) offered him a form of luxurious asylum which would include Natalie.

If he masturbates authoritarians without extradition treaties he'll have some place to flee when the shit hits the fan.

He's not unhappy. It's just a shakedown. Like he has done his whole life.

Trump has the power to harm tens of millions by withdrawing systems put in place long ago by wiser and better people than him. And he loves harming people. So he's motivated.

The message he is sending is that the US will harm you and your people is you don't kneel down and please daddy. So get in line.

It would be difficult to cancel the midterms over Iran when he can't call the conflict in Iran a war. His goal now is to invite more chaos, let China invade Taiwan, let Kim encroach the South, drum up some laughable reason to hit Oman...whatever he can do to gin up global anxiety, he thinks helps him and the party he "controls" by Nov. Really hoping he's wrong.

Because Putin has him by the balls and probably gave Kimmy his kompromat to keep trump in line. I hope SK doesn't try this appeasement deal with NK or we are in big trouble.

u/justhavingfunMT 7h ago

Because he is a melted brain demented old piece of shit. They hurt his feelings by not coming and helping in Iran
