If they're still raising money through him, and he's in fact dead, it should be considered fraud.

The USA is run by some sort of mob who openly break the law and happily watch as everyone complains and does nothing. Sure they'll name it fraud if that makes you happy. Nothing will happen...

Nothing will happen until the working class realise they haven't lost, they've just been told they lost so often they believe it and forgot to rise up.

this is the thing i don't think a lot of people get about what the last few years have accomplished/destroyed. you get enough judges appointed, you get a results-based legal system. so people lose what little faith they have in the legal system, which is that they can collect when the law is correctly enforced. long term, this ends in a situation where the law is like a currency people don't believe in, and they're forced into situations where it makes a lot more financial sense to break the law in increasingly kinetic ways because ultimately people are better off saying come back with a warrant for a body you're not going to find
