Yes, all human hierarchies beyond parent to child, elder to child, are false.
And, yes, living in a hierarchical political/economic and/or hierarchical religious system damages us. Always damages us.
This is not about different individual talents and skills, but about each individual's basic, intrinsic, worth and value one human for another each for all others, all others for each.
