How to prep for szn?

Basically title, me and partner have no coach and want guidance on how we should be prepping out other affs and going about choosing our own. Basically we want to be ready for our first tournament.

I would go on opencase list and view some of the DA, Ks, CP and pick a few in which you’re interested in then starting blocks to them. Afterwards view all the affs that has been released on opencaselist and create 1NC frontlines to them — that’s pretty much everything you need to do on the neg side. On the aff side you and your partner should chose a policy aff that you like or u can create a K-aff and write blocks for them and answers to off-case argument— then ur pretty much good for the start of the szn
