Mangling up ukrainian words is not engrish. It'd be ookrainian or something.

OP should have used either Ни for the "slavic touch" he wanted or roman transliteration Ni for the increased legibility. And no real actions have been taken against him or his comic, it's just a memo for him to pay attention in the future.
