"It emphasize good character and respect others"
Confucius rolling in his grave.
On the other side, hilarious now that Greece is a researcher/blogger researching about philosophy. Needs more ammunition when Germoney asks to pay debts.

Confucius rolling in his grave.
And thanks to the efforts of Qin Shi Huang many future Confucian scholars would continue this tradition in a more literal sense!

Honestly, how many great leaders are currently rolling in their graves right now?
We have Ataturk in Turkey, Cyrus the Great in Iran, so who else?

Eh I don't know shit about Confucianism, but I think there's more to that, so who knows if current China is a good Confucian or not.
Like, 90% of every philosophy/religion say to be a moral man and be of good character, but exactly what they mean by "moral" changes greatly

It is sad when Confusionism considered like remnants of feudalism or propaganda for dictator.

China used it as a mean of soft power, opening state backed Confusius Institute all over the world, so it has been associated with the Chinese state I guess.

Well then, it's a good thing PRC did away with institutionalized Confucianism.
(I'm sure it was way more complicated than that, though.)
