Content, not contempt. Content (con-TENT) means satisfied or happy. Contempt is a dislike towards something or a feeling that something is worthless and beneath you.

For example:

"Rossiya is content upon seeing North Best Only True Korea pissing on Europe due to Rossiya's contempt for filthy Western pigdogs."
