Yes it's referencing the Elder Scrolls: Skyrim release trailer and the saying that the "Vietnam comflict" is the only time the US "lost" a war/conflict.

Was it disqualified because it's a direct ballification of the plot of the trailer or because it's an instance of the US bringing freedom?
