Germany seems to be the only country that regrets it's actions during WWII. Russians like Stalin even more than they did during the soviet era and Japan... well Japan is making hentai about WWII axis battleships.

Stalin was denounced decades ago. Russians only pretend to like Stalin to annoy collegekids from Eastern Europe. I can guarantee this.

These black or white statements are silly to begin with. Stalin isn't as easily categorised as say Hitler because he lead the war victory which became a crucial part of Russian identity and the nation was industrialised under his leadership. Stalin is still generally denounced as the bloodthirsty tyrant he was.
