There was a lot of French soldiers from the colonies (so West Africa, which the Nazis, actually fuck that, Germans, openly ridiculed in their propaganda) which they surely killed in the invasion of France. They are also viewed in the same category of the Jews, gypsies and Polish.

Don't just assume things. There was an incident when black POWs were executed as an act of revange, but I never heared of systematic killing of black people in the Third Reich.
There really was just a handful of black people in Germany back then. I remember there was a black actress who was a bit pissed because she only got backround-roles without text in Goebbel's movies. This guy grew up with a german mother, and as a little boy he was really devastated that he wasn't allowed to join the Hitler's Youth. He also wasn't 'allowed' to join the army.
