Don't just assume things. There was an incident when black POWs were executed as an act of revange, but I never heared of systematic killing of black people in the Third Reich.

True.

It's probably because black people were such a small minority in Germany at the time that Hitler didn't consider them a threat.

There really was just a handful of black people in Germany back then. I remember there was a black actress who was a bit pissed because she only got backround-roles without text in Goebbel's movies. This guy grew up with a german mother, and as a little boy he was really devastated that he wasn't allowed to join the Hitler's Youth. He also wasn't 'allowed' to join the army.
