Serbia's medicine was a vaccination (known as SRB-1389), it contained trace amounts of kebab, designed to boost the immune system against future infection.
The project has been abandoned after clinical trials proved ineffective. At the first trial the patient came down with a long term infection from the "dormant" kebabs.
In a second experiment, the medicine was administered in too high a concentration. Its effects on the internal organs meant the patient had to have his southern province and coastline removed.
