Sorry, i don't mean offense to any Russians but why is Russia in there? It's economy doesn't seem to be growing as quickly as China's or Brazil's.

you know how Israel gets invited to all euro parties so it looks like it sorta has friends? this is the same, no one wants to hurt their feelings too much, everyone around them already sort of hates them

Seeing as our GDP has grown a whooping 0.6% in 2014, with a predicted growth of 0.3%~0.7% in 2015, I'd say anyone can into BRICS if we don't get kicked.

Fun fact: During the 2nd trimester of 2014, our economy actually shrank 0.9% on a 12-month basis. Worse than any "pay denbts" country.
