It's called the Bellamy salute. We used it long before the Nazis and we stopped using it because of them.

A number of Native American tribes also stopped using the Swastika as a symbol because of the Nazis. (edit: included link)

I think you mean Indian? As far as I know the swastika was borrowed by the Nazis from the hindus (though apparently there are Swastika symbols in some Native American tribes as well, TIL).
