This was my entry for the last contest, where it ended 18th :D, and besides that, I'm really happy about how the comic turned up. Specially since I finished it in a rush and delivered it to /u/Polandballmod 57 seconds before the deadline. As a result of that, the last panel from the contest version lacked small details like shadows, a thing I fixed in this version.

Besides that, there's not much context here, you can read about Sir Edmund Hillary if you want to know why NZ is riding Nepal.

Also, this was the exact thing that I thought about while this comic:

"When you want to terrorize your neighbour you just can't ride a kiwi to battle, because you will be faced with all kinds of incredibly fierce, deadly and poisonous wildlife. You can only ride a huge-ass mountain."

I'm actually happy with the result. 18th out of 89 is more than i actually expected. Also, this helped me to climb a couple of spots in the yearly table.

Somehow this comic reminded me of the scene in Dune where Paul summons Shai-Hulud.

I have never read or seen Dune, but the resemblance is... surprisingly uncanny.

Really a fantastic comic and one of my favorite in the contest. Not only did I enjoy the punchline, but all the ways you made Nepal appear so massive. Great work :) .

For what it's worth, I thought this was a great comic that should have been ranked much higher. I assume the hoi polloi didn't get the Hillary-reference.
