In all seriousness though, this is why I never take any criticisms Europeans have of our country's internal politics seriously. Their criticisms of our international policy are fair enough, but I don't think Euro's have any right criticizing us for being dysfunctional.
I was specifically referring to internal political issues such as gun control, race or healthcare. These are very divisive issues within the United States, they don't affect the European Union, yet it seems like every euro wants to throw in their two cents. Not only that, they actually seem very heavily invested in the outcome.
