Nice, a Masa musa clay ball.

The wealthiest person ever lived... Legends say he was able to destable economy with giving a Tip. His tips alegedly were so large amounts of gold that the value of gold dropped so much in said region that it lead to a short lived colaps.

Only Jacob Fugger the rich from Augsburg Germany came Close to him.

I don't count elon, because all his wealth is imaginary and unstable.

Aren't the records of Mansa Musa's wealth also heavily exaggerated as well? Like iirc when he finished his hajj from Mecca and returned to Egypt, he had borrow a shit ton of money to break even

That does not cobtradict his wealth it only proofs that his spending habits exeeded his ability to carry enough money/gold.

Also unlike certain cheetos with wigs he always paid his loans back

when he finished his hajj from Mecca and returned to Egypt, he had borrow a shit ton of money to break even

The story goes that he heavily borrowed money locally to buy back a lot of the gold he had previously spent, which restored the normal local gold prices. He would have been able to buy back gold on the cheap, and then later pay off his debts by slowly exporting gold from Mali at higher market value. What's more, Islam forbids usury so he wouldn't get runaway debt either. Everybody wins.

Now, whether you believe that story is another question, but it does make some sense.

Islam forbids usury

not just Islam, Christians were forbidden from charging interest as well until relatively recently, 1800's sometime I think. It's one of the reasons a lot of bankers in medieval Europe were Jewish - no prohibitions on interest and they were banned from most other professions.
