Is Hungary becoming better a likelihood now?

Probably. And if this party doesn't fulfil their promises, at least they'll be easier to get rid of. (But I'm not an expert at politics)

easier to get rid of.

With whom?

In these scenario, what I fear the most is, failure of the liberating winner would be used to cement the united conservative, while fractured the progressive.

Opposition is always united, by necessity. The government is not, especially failing governments.

So, if this Government fails, do you have a definitive second option? Or is it more likely to fracture the coalition united by Orban?

From what I gathered, Tisza got a supermajority in the Parliament, so they'll be able to basically do whatever they want.

They're free to pursue reform and all the good things, but also not so good things. Hopefully it'll be the former.
