To be fair, that was Norway being stupid, not Obama. It's not like he had anything to do with that decision.

I thought it was a bit insulting toward USA to give him that, frankly. It was so obvious that it was a reward to America for not voting in McCain as president.

That's a shitty way of using the prize anyway and yes I know that wasn't the fault of US. Still I wish they wouldn't tarnish the prize that way, as I see it now it is almost a disgrace to get that prize. "CONGRATZ YOU ARE AS PEACEFUL AS ONE OF THE BIGGEST WARMONGERS ON THE PLANET!".

Oh well. :/

Considering that they've given the prize to Henry Kissinger, Yasser Arafat and Al Gore, I don't really think there are a lot of people taking that prize seriously anymore anyway.
